I thought that the facilities were very clean, they had popcorn, decent magazines, and the tv was quite nice too. All the staff were very friendly and the work on my car was done in a timely manner. My husband and I own two Hyundai Azeras and my initial visit to the OC Hyundai Service Department was caused by a troublesome Blue Tooth service problem on one of the Azeras. The Blue Tooth problem was professionally handled and resolved to my satisfaction and I have been very pleased with the customer service mentality and service quality at OC Hyundai ever since that initial visit. We have primarily dealt with Mark and Trina in the Service Department and they are both outstanding employees. As a matter of fact, each Service Dept. employee I have dealt with, including the cashier (don't remember his name) and the two different van drivers who have driven me back to work on two different occassions, have been totally customer service oriented, friendly and professional. Dong was the first person I talked to when I called the dealership, and it sounded like he knew what he was doing.
