Long story short my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 was hit while parked. The impact broke my front radar’s bracket which sits just behind the license plate. I know this because David Kim and his team at Tustin, Hyu parked. The impact broke my front radar’s bracket which sits just behind the license plate. I know this because David Kim and his team at Tustin, Hyundai sent me a video of the damage. Now because of the chip shortage this part was backordered. David offered excellent customer service by sharing frequent updates via phone/text and even escalated the importance of getting the part ASAP since I had to manually turn off the front safety feature before driving. David answered all of my calls and addressed my concerns. Even through my frustration I could tell David was doing everything he could to get the part. He was honest and transparent about the timeline. When the part finally came David personally called me and booked me for the earliest appointment. My car was fixed in 2 hours. I cannot thank David and his team enough. More
