My service advisor Bryan Matsumara was extremely helpful. My engine had been failing for years, and despite visiting numerous Hyundai dealerships for help, Bryan was the first person to take my issue serious My engine had been failing for years, and despite visiting numerous Hyundai dealerships for help, Bryan was the first person to take my issue seriously and immediately begin the process of submitting a claim and replacing my engine. Today was my first time bringing my new car in for its first service. The staff was friendly and professional. My car was finished a 1/2 hour before it was due and thats a big plus in my book. Tustin Hyundai does a great job honoring their warranty. I haven’t had too many issues with my Hyundai, but the service is great and they will even call you a Lyft if they need to take your car.
