I had the pleasure of doing business with the salesperson, Chance Asue. He was friendly, knowledgable and attentive all throughout the process of our search for a 2025 Mazda MX-5. Initially, the dealership did not have one with the specs we wanted, however, they were able accommodate and submit a custom order at no additional charge. That was a huge plus, other dealerships I've called either couldn't offer it or charged extra. Chance was always available to communicate, day or night, with whatever burning questions that were on my mind. He was a great communicator, he was clear, concise and consistently provided us with updates while our car was being built and shipped. The overall experience was top notch from the sales team to the financing department. Nowhere did I feel pressured to make a decision, which for me can sometimes sour an experience. For anyone who's searching for a Mazda, I highly recommend sending your business to Tustin. You'll be treated fairly and with care, and if you get the opportunity ask to see Chance. I didn’t buy anything from these guys but I did reach out about some cars and Omar was first to reach out and go over numbers with me. UPDATE AS OF 6/6/25 - Came back and Omar Jasso went above and beyond to get me into my CX50 Hybrid and out of my Prius lease i had just got into.
