Just wanted to give a shout out to Omar at Tustin Mazda! It was my first time buying a car in many years and before I got to him I had so many bad experiences with dealers marking cars up, then only to have It was my first time buying a car in many years and before I got to him I had so many bad experiences with dealers marking cars up, then only to have the dealers say well take it or leave it. He did NOT push anything on to me that I didn't want. The only issue I had was having to wait for 2 months to get my car because of the car shortage, but this was not an issue with him. He kept me informed every time I asked then surprised me a few days early! I completely recommend Omar as he is the best Ive ever worked with, even though I was traveling from Santa Clarita to buy. If you're looking for a new Mazda, look no further! More

If you go to Tustin Mazda, make sure to look for Omar. I kid you not, he is the best! He made the whole process really smooth and goes above and beyond. He is by far the most knowledgeable person to work with, Omar excellently knows his stuff - which are cars. We felt he had our best interest in mind, he wasn't pushy and respects what we want. He also stayed in touch with us the entire time which made our buying experience with Mazda even more enjoyable. From reservation, processing paper works, walking around and checking the vehicle, to even installing the Mazda app on the phone. By the time you leave Mazda, you are already well-knowledgeable about the car you just have purchased. 5/5 for Omar. More
