Very efficient purchase experience at Tustin Mazda. It tooks me around a week to chat with multiple of dealers for a cx-5 without markup. Failed in current crazy auto market. I put in a request for pricing for a Mazda CX5 through both Costco and Truecar. I had multiple dealers reach out but the most honest, straightforward person I encountered was Jimmy from Tustin Mazda. He gave me a good price without extra dealer accessories and did all the credit over the phone (which was a huge time saver)! He was funny and pleasant to work with. He showed me all the gadgets and took me for a test drive. The vehicle is beautiful! I worked with Lori in financing and she was great as well. I even met Jim, the owner. This was truly the best, hassle free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from another dealership again. More

The dealership was very nice. Everyone was amazing. They were so friendly and everyone greeted us with smiles. The refreshments were awesome.
