Tony was exceptional. Not only was my vehicle service but he answered multiple questions regard features. As a senior citizen the many computerized things were a mystery Not only was my vehicle service but he answered multiple questions regard features. As a senior citizen the many computerized things were a mystery. Although there is a manual, the writer of manual assumed an understanding of computers that most seniors do NOT have nor yet learned.
