Bought our new CX-5 Turbo from Tustin Mazda yesterday. Jim Feinstein helped us and he was great and easy to work with. I worked with Chance Asue, and he was really amazing. He was straight to the point, transparent, and answered all of my questions. I had a ton of questions because this was my first time financing a car, He was straight to the point, transparent, and answered all of my questions. I had a ton of questions because this was my first time financing a car, and Chance was so xxxx patient and helpful. This dude in finance was a bit different. He had kind of a cop feel and a very authoritative character. He seemed somewhat intimidating (or at least tried to be). Maybe it's just me who felt that he came off a bit strong. Otherwise, great spot! More

Tony is most helpful and informative. It would be nice to see a time stamp in when the car begins to be worked on and when finished.
