I appreciate that Jim was detailed and went over the features of the car with us. Jim was straight to the point and knowledgeable. I appreciate that Jim was real with us and treated us like family. Our experience with car salesmen at other dealerships is that they were very pushy and aggressive. Browning Mazda in Cerritos was misleading with their online pricing, increasing the cost of the car by $10k in person. The sales experience at Tustin was the opposite. We understood exactly what everything cost and it was an easy experience. There were no surprise charges or unnecessary packages added. Debbie helped us with the paperwork side of things. She was thorough in explaining the forms to us and treated us very well. Again I would say we were treated like family, and not a paycheck. Overall I would highly recommend our friends and family purchase a car from Tustin Mazda. More
