Tony was exceptional. Not only was my vehicle service but he answered multiple questions regard features. As a senior citizen the many computerized things were a mystery. Although there is a manual, the writer of manual assumed an understanding of computers that most seniors do NOT have nor yet learned. Tony graciously addressed each concern and gave me an in-person tutorial regarding my vehicle. Very helpful. Very patient. I left the dealership with a smile and a grateful heart. More
