Tony has wonderful customer service and let me know that I was charged a 4th tire when there is a promotion going on ( buy 3 get the 4th tire for a $1 ) by another Mazda location., I contacted the other lo I was charged a 4th tire when there is a promotion going on ( buy 3 get the 4th tire for a $1 ) by another Mazda location., I contacted the other location and they reimbursed me for the 4th tire. He asked if I was checking out other cars, I said yes, and he said no worries, just let him know when we have decided. Once we decided on buying a Mazda, we did everything over the phone, and only went to the dealership to pick up the car and sign the docs. I also liked that the dealership was honest and didn’t charge mark ups or mandate dealer add-ons. That’s refreshing especially considering other dealers in the area were marking up, or mandating add ons, or both. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I ever had! I will definitely be calling Jim when I am in the market for my next car. More
