I made an online appointment with Jim Feinstein to take a look at a certified pre-owned CX-5. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by two individuals asking me who I was there to see. I told them I wa look at a certified pre-owned CX-5. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by two individuals asking me who I was there to see. I told them I was there to see Jim Feinstein and they asked me to come in and they would get Jim for me. Come to find out Jim was busy with other customers so I was turned over to Chance Asue and what a pleasure it was to have Chance as my salesperson. Chance was extremely knowledgeable and was very personable and NOT high pressure in any way. Jim Feinstein came over and said hello and apologized for not being able to help us, but we knew all knew we were in more than capable hands with Chance. After a very nice test drive and consultation with my family, I decided to purchase the CX-5. The vehicle was discounted some $2150 off the asking price. In these times of the chip shortage that was a very good thing and the vehicle was priced right. After some time where Chance had to run my credit and get all the paperwork in order, I was turned over to Debbie Ivie in finance. Typically, finance is where most dealerships try to rip people off by adding excessively priced worthless products such as VIN etching, paint, upholstery protection, and GAP insurance so the dealership can make a huge profit and screw the customer. Not at Tustin Mazda! Debbie Ivie was professional and courteous and did not try to sell me anything I did not want, and there was no high pressure on her part to purchase anything I did not need. I did purchase an extended warranty due to the mileage the CX-5 had and, I also purchased a plan for windshield protection and key loss protection both by my choice. We were in and out of finance in 15 minutes. Amazing for sure! I had heard many positive things regarding John Patterson's dealerships and how they treat their customers. They live up to their reputation of being the best of the best and it shows not only by all the awards they have displayed but by the professionalism they show to all of their customers. If all dealerships were like John Patterson dealerships there would not be any crooks in the car business and we and the car business would all be better off for it. More

Great I've been buying cars from Tustin Mazda since 2008 from the same salesman. He left a couple years ago, but transferred all his customers to Chance Asue. Great choice! I just picked up a 2022 Mazda 3 Turbo to replace my 2019 Mazda 6 Turbo. Love the new car!! Chance was extremely helpful, as he also drives Mazda's. He knows the in's and out's of the workings of the cars. I highly recommend asking for Chance next time you're looking for a new car!! More
