Had a great experience with my service rep Dyan. Once again Tustin Mazda just crushes it with transparency honesty and accommodation. They listen and respect the customer and their situation. Yes. But you get what you pay for. As far as Dylan he is the modern version of a a service rep. Smart funny and real. This is a guy who could probably do a lot of things but John Patterson got him. Which doesn’t surprise me because at the end of the day it’s about people. And A players hire other A players. Best dealership in the county. Not even close. More
