I spent over 2 months looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident. I went to 16 different dealerships in San Diego looking for a replacement, I test drove over 30 vehicles. I saw a M that was totaled in an accident. I went to 16 different dealerships in San Diego looking for a replacement, I test drove over 30 vehicles. I saw a Mazda in a parking lot that I liked and went to a local dealership to test drive one. I went in telling the representative I was just looking for a test drive and there was no chance of me buying that day. After a test drive the “floor manager” and the dealership general manager came to talk with us I told them they were wasting their time quite bluntly but they continued! I saw the car we eventually bought online and took a drive up to check it out, 85 miles away! I told Sammy that I was just looking to take the CX-9 for a test drive and would be in contact if I was interested. He did not pursue a high pressure sale, it was great! I called back a few days later and told him I wanted the car! The purchase was done mostly online and via phone calls. Couldn’t have been easier the finance department was great and easy to work with! To top it off I told Sammy our autistic adult son always loves those commercials when “Santa” brings a car with a bow on it. When we went to pick up the car they had a bow on our car!!! Our son cried for 5 minutes, got it all on video! Just had first service and that went smoothly as well! More
