I have been coming to this dealership to service my Mazda cars since 2014. I tried other dealerships but none of them ever rise to the standard of Tustin Mazda in the area. Back in the days I used to work with Sarah in the service department. She was absolutely one of the best. When she left, I felt that no one will be able to rise up to the occasion but man was I wrong. Tony Mattingly rose up to the occasion and I have been coming to him for my service ever since for at least 4 years now. He is super friendly, easy to talk to and super knowledgeable. I even ask him for advice on certain cosmetic repairs and other non-service related questions. I would.also like to point out that both Matt and Elle always welcome me with the biggest smile and they remember every car I had serviced with them (even though I have never worked with Elle). I thought I had my service appt today but I had accidentally made it at a different dealership. Tony always has my back regardless and got my car in for its service. I also had to do a Zoom confere accidentally made it at a different dealership. Tony always has my back regardless and got my car in for its service. I also had to do a Zoom conference, and Tony set me up in an unused office space. I was able to conduct my meeting while Mazda took care of my car. I also forgot my coupon, but Tony applied it for me anyway!! This is an excellent dealership and Tony is always pleasant and helpful! More
