I never thought I’d ever use a dealership for my service on my car. However from when I first bought this car from Tustin Mazda their customer service has been excellent… So why would I stop using them? The on my car. They provide really nice lounge to wait in & send a video while they’re working on your car to show you what the actual condition of your car is. throughout the year they provide coupons… Who doesn’t like coupons? We came to the Mazda Tustin to browse without a serious intent to buy. Two hours later, we rode off the lot with our Mazda CX-5! Unmatched customer service and support! I was unsure about purchasing a Mazda and went to the other dealerships and their inventory and customer service could not even compare to the Tustin Mazda.
