If you look up the definition of exceptional customer service you will see a picture of Dylan Roberts, enough said. He has always delivered for my car's needs and this last visit was no exception. The fi service you will see a picture of Dylan Roberts, enough said. He has always delivered for my car's needs and this last visit was no exception. The fix required a part that was out of stock, backordered for months and Dylan helped source it from out of state to get me back on the road. Plenty of communication during the process with complete honesty. I will continue to have my 2012 3 hatchback serviced here. P.S. Don't let Dylan move out of state again, thank you! More

After hunting around So Cal and feeling like I was getting ripped off at almost every mazda dealership, coming here and working with Chance was like a breath of fresh air. The rates were up front and it was a friendly experience. One thing that drives me crazy these days is that dealers are hiking prices by forcing you to by cars with "upgrades." Stuff you don't care about that they then inflate the prices on, Tustin Mazda is one of the few places that where the cars don't have this. So costs are much more fair. Anyway, do your homework, for sure. Make sure to know whats out there, I'm fairly certain if you add tustin mazda as one of your comps, you'll end up going there for your lease. And Chance is super chill and easy to work with, he wont BS you. More
