After a troubling experience at my local Mazda dealership, I decided to put some work and research into where I would buy my next vehicle. I have received quite a few eye rolls when I said I was t dealership, I decided to put some work and research into where I would buy my next vehicle. I have received quite a few eye rolls when I said I was talking to Chance at a dealership 200 miles away from home but ultimately it was well worth the drive and time. I was able to get a good price for my beloved CX-5 and size up into a beautiful CX-90 PHEV. I feel bad for Chance since he fielded a lot of questions and hypotheticals for several days before I came down but he never seemed impatient or inconvenienced by it. He displayed a vault of current (and past!) Mazda knowledge which was crucial to my decision. I never felt like he was aiming for a sale or pushing me into something I didn't already want. Moreover, the entire dealership - staffed by people who have all been there for years! - from the Jake in finance to Mosby, who took care of my trade-in, treated me and my small children so kindly. There was a place for my very loud and energetic 4yo and 1yo to stay occupied. No one seemed put off when my kids were noisy. I'm so pleased with my entire experience. I can't thank y'all enough!
