Believe it or not but this was my first buying experience at a car dealership. And Tustin Mazda was such a comfortable experience! Omar was a delightful rep to work with. He was knowledgeable, funny, and eas at a car dealership. And Tustin Mazda was such a comfortable experience! Omar was a delightful rep to work with. He was knowledgeable, funny, and easy-going. Everyone else we interacted in the shop with were very friendly as well, as we were offered refreshments! Sammy worked hard at locating the exact CX-9 and trim package we wanted. He called the next day, saying it was at the dealership and that we could pick it up. Chance had the confidence and patience to walk me through purchasing my first car. This was a big investment for me and I felt he took the time to ask me the right questions, look for the best options, and o purchasing my first car. After sitting down with Chance and going on a test drive I felt like I had the knowledge and comfort to truly enjoy every aspect of my new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback. Larry was amazing, he was super sweet and attentive me and what I was looking for. The dealership as a whole was not as welcoming unfortunately.
