Major kudos to Jeff Lesniak at Tustin Mazda. Not all car dealers or car sales folks are created equally, and this experience made me feel welcome and at ease from the very beginning. With a big purchase, yo dealers or car sales folks are created equally, and this experience made me feel welcome and at ease from the very beginning. With a big purchase, you want to feel comfortable, and Jeff did just that. In fact, he made our car buying experience seamless. He went above and beyond to deliver us the car we wanted and got the deal done in an incredibly efficient manner. We were able to do 90% of the paperwork over the phone and email, and the rest (signing docs) we did upon delivery. I never felt that I was being pressured into anything, and I would 100% buy another car from Jeff again. His resourcefulness and good humor earn him top marks. I highly recommend him and the Tustin dealership!! More
