You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. I can't express how elated I am to have a new Mazda Miata MX-5 RF sitting in my driveway. I was so fortunate to have Omar deliver it to my home. He was professional, well poised, and very personable. I can't even explain how amazing Jim and his team are. I initially contacted Jim because our lease was going to be ending in a couple months and I figured we could Upgrade to the newest model and have all t initially contacted Jim because our lease was going to be ending in a couple months and I figured we could Upgrade to the newest model and have all the nice tech. I explained to Jim that we wanted a 2021 Black on Black Grand Touring CX-9. He told me hopefully He can find one. Amazingly He actually found one in Glendale a d he sent one of his workers to go get it and drive it all the way back to Tustin. He made sure that it was exactly what we wanted considering the shortage of new vehicles due to the chip shortage. On top of everything, Jim made sure that we did not go hungry considering we went straight to the dealer after work. I would absolutely definitely exponentially recommend Jim and his team at Tustin Mazda. I would go there again for our next vehicle. Thank you Jim and Team! More
