This is a dealership that will live up to YOUR expectations. After much research we found that Mazda offered the perfect new vehicle (CX 9) for us. I expected a lot! My wife and I had visited se expectations. After much research we found that Mazda offered the perfect new vehicle (CX 9) for us. I expected a lot! My wife and I had visited several local dealerships the week prior and were frankly disappointed in he approach of almost all the sales reps we encountered. Being in sales most of my life I understand that the customer comes first, their needs and expectations must be discovered and met to even have a chance to close the sale. In the end, all of us buy things from people we like. We then met Omar and liked him so much we thought of inviting him to become part of our family or at least buy him lunch. I first connected with Omar in the internet sales department and started sharing what we were looking for. We met the next day and were presented with straight forward pricing and payment options. Omar went above and beyond by finding the CX 9 in the right color and with the options we wanted. By the next day he arranged for the CX 9 to be delivered to the Tustin location. I expected to be treated in a caring straight forward way. Omar and Tustin Mazda made the experience of making a major purchase seamless. Dylan Roberts (for the 2nd time I had my car serviced by Mazda) proved that he is THE best example of genuine customer care. He literally fought for me and my case on my behalf to have the service fees cove Mazda) proved that he is THE best example of genuine customer care. He literally fought for me and my case on my behalf to have the service fees covered by warranty as I was slightly over my warranty limit and it must have been proved to the corporate that the issue happened beforehand. During the rather long wait for the whole process (circa 3 weeks I believe), he kept texting me even though there was no update on the case, but just to say hi and make sure my loaner is treating me well. He truly gave me the great feeling of being acknowledged, heard, and taken care of the whole time. He is a wonderful person with an amazing vibe and I personally envy his colleagues to be able to work alongside an awesome guy everyday. As a quality engineer in medical devices industry myself, who has been dealing with customer complaints, I can distinguish an A+ level quality from a mediocre one; and what I see in Dylan -with the type charisma and care he expresses-is being a wonderful manager in near future . If I worked in the similar field of business, I'd do all in my power to offer him a great deal for a position in my team. ;) More
