The purchase process was facilitated very professionally by Omar Jasso, with great consideration to helping me understand each step related to trade-in, test drive, purchase process, financing, and operatio by Omar Jasso, with great consideration to helping me understand each step related to trade-in, test drive, purchase process, financing, and operation of the vehicle. Omar was most supportive as I was learning to pair my phone with the audio system, cleaning out my old car and with loading all of those items into the new one, and connecting me with the finance personnel. He also investigated the cost of parts and labor for a few items I may wish to add in the coming weeks, such as roof rails and racks and a tow hitch for a bile rack. He indicated that I can contact him at any time regarding questions that I have about the operation of my new car, a resource which I much appreciate. More
