I'm completely floored by the level of customer care that Service Advisor, Tony Mattingly provided. He is truly one of a kind! Immediately, you can tell the difference in how he approaches customer care (eve Service Advisor, Tony Mattingly provided. He is truly one of a kind! Immediately, you can tell the difference in how he approaches customer care (even before meeting, just over the phone too). Tony shows genuine care and concern for your safety and makes sure your needs are met. He operates with the highest level of integrity and comes through on what he says, with anything from the calling you back regarding a key replacement warranty (he was unfamiliar with), the promised time to complete the car, and personally checking the cabin and engine air filters to see if they needed to be changed (although I changed them myself). He is full of warmth and overall the most wholesome service advisor you'll ever meet at a dealership. You won't feel like a dollar sign, you feel like a person that is cared for and can drive off feeling safe! Kudos to Tony! More
