He explained to me in details what the potential issue with my vehicle and literally accompanied me to the repair bays and excellence and experience. He and the finance person stayed late to help me close a last minute deal for a Mazda6 Carbon Edition at a price that was much better than I got from any other dealership in the greater LA area.
