Tustin Mazda (And DEFINITELY Omar!!) has won me over, skipping over 2 closer (distance-wise) dealerships to my house. I can honestly say I will be a return customer when the time comes to return this lease or purchase it out. It's THAT great. And, I'm coming from a BMW. Omar specifically was over and above in every category - first and foremost, he is so respectful and kind. He was right on the mark with timing, knowing after our initial meeting that I would need a few more weeks to get my finances and such in order. From start to finish, he made everything seamless, effortless, and without a doubt enjoyable! He is so knowledgable about each vehicle and their options, quickly finding any answers to my follow ups, too. Confident, intelligent, and top notch attitude. Debbie in finance deserves a special shout out as well, she was such a pleasure to work with and she made the process all the more enjoyable. Instead of cringing at the thought of numbers, we sailed right through with smiles and laughs. This whole crew has been around for the long haul, and that's what matters to me.
