Ashley, I am so sorry that you feel poorly about the experience at our dealership. We place the highest priority on providing an excellent guest experience, but your experience was a unique one to say the least. We completed out of warranty (goodwill) service work on your vehicle by September 13th and informed you it was time to pick-up your vehicle and return our complimentary service loaner vehicle at that time. Unfortunately, you did not communicate back with the dealership after over 10 attempts to contact you. We further requested that Mazda Corporate contact you and request a pick-up of the vehicle and you did not come in as you said you would. As a last resort, we contacted the Police and they informed us that since the service loaner was our property, that we were well within our right to retrieve it – which we did. We informed you of such and paid for your Lyft ride to the dealership to pick up your vehicle. You acknowledge that some of our team members are outstanding and our service manager and a person from sales that has never met you are awful. Put simply, we place the highest value on a wonderful guest experience, but the lack of communication provided by you, our customer, made it very difficult to provide this experience.
