Went and helped my 78 year old mom to purchase her first new car in 20 years, met with sales person Kevin Keogh. Kevin was super patient in dealing with my mom and her thousand questions (why are there no car keys ?), he was truly a professional and went out of his way to get us into the exact car that she wanted, even picked up the car from a sister dealer, wish all of my car buying experience was this easy.
