Janelle was amazing! I’m not an easy shopper. I don’t like spending hours at the dealership and haggling over price. I emailed with Janelle ahead of time, agreed on a price and told her I wanted to be in like spending hours at the dealership and haggling over price. This car is absolutely gorgeous and we love everything about it. Omar is very gracious, thoughtful and patient. He made the whole process so painless and pleasant. A true professional and Tustin Mazda is very lucky to have him on their team. p.s. we had also purchased our 2016 Mazda CX-5 (brand new) from Tustin Mazda and a couple of weeks ago it was totaled in a violent side-impact collision -- the safety features in our Mazda very likely saved our lives and we walked away with barely a scratch. He was quick to respond to text messages and open to working with our schedule. During the final process he was professional, courteous, and made sure that we were confident with our purchase. My young adult daughter was so impressed with his service that she was telling all of her friends to "go see Omar" if they were looking for a new car. End of year deal! I went into Tustin Mazda on New Year’s Eve hoping to get those “end of year deals”. I was half expecting not to really find anything but was greatly I went into Tustin Mazda on New Year’s Eve hoping to get those “end of year deals”. I was half expecting not to really find anything but was greatly surprised by their selection and I drove away with a new car for the new year! I worked with Rossi and Victor. They really worked together on getting me the deal I was comfortable with and made the process fairly easy. The sales manager Eric even came out to greet me and make sure I was being well taken care of. These guys are top notch professionals. I recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a car and doesn’t want to get those usual “car salesy guys”. More
