The friendly and knowledgeable staff made my first Mazda purchase so easy, there was no question I would consider going anywhere else when it came time to trade in my car. The customer service is excellent. I have been to other Mazda dealerships and they don't compare to the service at OC Mazda. Rossi and I discussed all my options in terms of upgrading my old 2012 Mazda 3. He was super informative and not at all pushy. When I came back later in the week, Larry assisted me with all the paperwork and finalizing the deal. He was so patient and helpful, making the process less overwhelming. I am very thankful for OC Mazda and their continued excellence! Loving my new Mazda 3!!! More
