Very good experience I bought a pre-owned Mazda from Josh a few weeks ago. My experience was very smooth and Josh was polite and worked with my schedule. He was candid, kn I bought a pre-owned Mazda from Josh a few weeks ago. My experience was very smooth and Josh was polite and worked with my schedule. He was candid, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Overall I was very comfortable with my experience. I would recommend buying a car from Josh to anyone. The dealership was willing to take some money off the price of the car due to chips in the windshield. After buying the car, I brought it in to a glass specialist who said the chips in the windshield had already been sealed but weren't completely closed, so the chips still appear. This was a little unfortunate because certainly during inspection and detailing these chips were noticed, however, in the scheme of things this is minor. Overall, my experience was good. More

Exchanged texts that day and the next to go over some details and answering all my questions. When we showed up for our appointment the car we were looking at was right there ready for us. Took a quick test drive and started the purchase process. No more haggling needed as first offer was already great. Omar was there every step of the way and gave us the final walk around of our new car. Overall very satisfied. I’ve dealt with other dealerships/salesman recently in my car shopping and their service pales in comparison. More

Great sales team I was assisted by Victor C. and Larry H. on purchasing a used Jaguar. Both men were honest and upfront and great to work with. We had a minor miscommu I was assisted by Victor C. and Larry H. on purchasing a used Jaguar. Both men were honest and upfront and great to work with. We had a minor miscommunication but everything else with Victor and Larry went well. To help finalize an agreement, a gentlemen who was introduced to me as a manager, offered to knock down the price by $100. Yes, that is $100 off an $43K vehicle. That was kind of comical but no offense was taken. I would recommend this dealership, especially Victor or Larry. More

When speaking to Joshua on the phone, he was able to locate the type of vehicle and the color we wanted. He sent a breakdown of the payment to our email address. This payment estimate made it easy for us to determine, if it would fit into our budget. Upon meeting him at the dealership, he gave us a test drive in the CX-5, He explained all of the features. He was very professional and friendly in his approach. When we finally made the deal, he was able to get the payment we wanted. When the deal was finalized, we went out to get into our Mazda. Here was a BIG bow on the vehicle. It was our early Christmas gift. More
