A few emails/calls back and forth to confirm options and agree on a price, stop by the dealership at 7 pm, test drove the vehicle, signed papers, provided demo on features, helped set up the vehicle, and we drove home in our new car before 9 pm. Wife and I couldn't be happier. Omar had his ducks lined up before we arrived at the dealership so the entire transaction was flawless. He was upfront with price, did not try to sell us anything more, and didn't waste our time. He knew everything about the SUV and provided a demonstration for the features/functions.
