Once we got there we were greeted and made felt at home by everyone there, including the sales floor manager and Tustin Mazda Owner, which you don’t see at every dealer. They were attentive to not only our needs but also to our newborn sons’. It was overall a great experience, they worked with us to insure that we drove away satisfied in our new family vehicle. Over food, while my kids grubbed, Sammy sat with us and talked us through the pros and cons of different vehicles! All in all, it took over four hours and he stayed with us the entire time, just as energetic, patient, and open as when he greeted us at the door. On another note, they had a pretty good selection of cars, as well. We were able to narrow down what my family really wanted. Thumbs up! More
