At that time, we told him of our situation and that we might be able to afford a car in 6 months, 2 years or never. Our life was/is very complicated. He listened to us and then just asked if we wanted to test drive some cars. I was kind of blown away. Any other salesman I have ever dealt with has only said, "Well, come back when you're ready, here's my card". So, we test drove a few cars, exchanged information and we were off. We would stop by the dealership every now and again with just enough communication that didn't feel pushy at all. Our situation improved a bit recently. So, we got in touch with him, found a car and came in to seal the deal. The whole purchase process was smooth and pressure-free. Even though we had moved recently, we still made the hour drive to purchase from Joshua at this dealership. More

Pleasant experience I purchased my first new vehicle from OC Mazda in Tustin yesterday and couldn't be happier. I had looked at comparable vehicles with other dealers, bu I purchased my first new vehicle from OC Mazda in Tustin yesterday and couldn't be happier. I had looked at comparable vehicles with other dealers, but my experience was by far the best with OC Mazda. Larry, our salesperson greeted us at the door and was immediately available to help my wife and I despite our lack of an appointment. Larry was very informative and efficient with the purchasing process, and took plenty of time to show us all the features of the vehicle and explain the recommend service. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. The dealership itself was under some construction, but the brand new front office was spotless and modern. A great experience. Michael C More

I had Omar reach out to me really quickly with what Mazda I was looking at, what trim and color I was I had a great buying experience at Tustin Mazda. I had Omar reach out to me really quickly with what Mazda I was looking at, what trim and color I was interested in. He had a similar car waiting for me to test drive at my appointment. I had my test drive with Janell who was very nice and easy to work with. She was able to locate the car with all the things I wanted in it. They didn’t have my car at the Tustin location but they were able to get it to me by the next day and even set me up with a loaner until they brought it to me.
