He's a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and what I like best is that he genuinely wants to help you, and sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. I am super analytical, write down and calculate everything, a total numbers person. Omar was very patient with me and explained and broke down all the details of my car deal without hesitation. I felt very comfortable and not pressured when purchasing my Mazda (unlike at another dealership in my city that I had made the mistake of dealing with) and I am so happy with my new car!
