Debbie in finance was wonderful too! I did end up buying my car, which I absolutely love! I would highly recommend to all my friends to visit Shaun and Tustin Mazda. It will be the only dealership I use from now on. The people at Tustin Mazda treat you so warmly, and not like they're there just to sell you a car. Shaun made sure I wasn't paying for anything I didn't want or need and didn't push me into buying anything. It was truly a wonderful experience. Tustin Mazda rocks!!! More

Came for a service...left with a car...but it was perfect I came in to get service on my Mazda 3 and decided to test drive a CX-5 while I waited. My wife and I planned to get an SUV in October when we moved to MD and trade in my current lease since people normally take the Metro over there. Of course I did not want to waste Jean's time because as a sales representative his prerogative is to sell cars. He knew from the beginning our situation and I explained to him that the reason we couldn't go home that day with the CX-5 was because we still needed two cars while in CA and we did not want to pay two monthly payments. Jean understood and was not pushy at all and continued with the test drive. My wife and I really wanted the SUV that day because it would be great for my wife for the summer since it had A/C and her current car's A/C did not work. After talking with his boss Toni, Jean brought us an offer we could not refuse. We no money down he was able to get us into the SUV for the same monthly I am paying now for my current lease with better upgrades and wrote us a check for my wife's car enough to pay for the rest of my current monthly payments with cash left over. The moral of this review is to not scare you in thinking that if you go in for a test drive you will leave with a car, but instead to show you if you go to Mazda Tustin, specifically to Jean, with a dream and an issue, you will leave with your issue resolved and your dream granted. As cheesy as that sounds, we left the dealer no cash out of pocket with the same monthly payment and we got a new car out of it. Jean is the man! More

There are many options available in the small crossover category but the reviews are stellar for the Mazda so we headed to our local dealer to check it out. Harvey was low-key and we felt un-pressured and comfortable talking with him about the vehicle. We left after viewing the car and I later had several emails with him where I explained that leasing was our best option and that I was unsure if we could get the pricing/residual/finance charge that we needed. He immediately responded and the next morning, after a test drive I was sitting with him chatting about our families/kids etc. as we waited to sign lease documents. Very fast and very painless. Harvey is both personable and professional with zero of the typical "pushy salesguy" demeanor most people have experienced in car purchasing. The car was detailed and prepped, and we drove away a short time later excited by both the amazing car AND the service that Harvey Garte and the rest of Tustin Mazda showed us! More
