I have to say, the team at Tustin Mazda is second to none! I was in the market for a small to mid size SUV for my wife and after doing Internet research, I came to the conclusion that the Mazda CX-5 would suite or needs the best. From design to fuel economy, this ride is on point! It's comfortable, luxurious, and sporty yet economical. I was referred to Tustin Mazda from a friend who bought there a few years ago, so I decided to check their inventory online first. They had in stock a couple of the cx5 trims that I was interested in, the GT. I decided to call in to make sure a few were still available that particular day. I spoke with a gentleman named Shaun McCray, who ended up selling me the car. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable on the phone, and let me know that they actually had the car I wanted in gray. He actually held the car for me to ensure it was there when I arrived. Once I arrived at the dealer, before I had a second to ask for Shaun, the owner greeted me in the showroom and asked if he could assist. I told I had spoke with Shaun, so he paged him right in from the lot. From that point on he was very helpful from showing me the car, educating me on all its vast options, and helping me get a great deal on the price. I truly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Mazda, you will be treated like a great friend once you set foot inside. More

The way car buying should be! I had been having car problems and needed a new car. I searched far and wide for the make and model I wanted to buy which led me to Mazda. The overall package of a CX5 was perfect and exactly what I was looking for in a car. During my search I realized that I could use the Costco program to buy the car. After entering the details into Costco's website it pointed me to Mazda in Riverside which was out of the way for me. I was slightly disappointed and began searching for other local dealerships. Unfortunately (or fortunately!) for me no dealership near my house had an AWD model in stock so I wasn't even going to bother looking at those places because I needed the car ASAP. I stumbled upon Tustin Mazda because of it's close proximity to where I work and figured it would be worth checking out after work. I got connected with Jim Feinstein online and he was the quickest of any dealership to get in touch with me and schedule an appointment. He wasn't pushy and let me figure out what I needed to do. The process working with Jimmy was beyond what I could have asked for. He went above and beyond in every way even before he got the sale! He was able to answer almost every question I had and if he couldn't answer it he would call up someone who could. I went for a test drive and confirmed that it was the car I wanted all I had to do was see the price. It turns out that Tustin Mazda is a Costco dealer too! This was surprising but excellent to hear. Jimmy made sure that I was satisfied with the price and he did everything he could to help me get the lowest financing rate available! I went through the process and kept Jimmy at the dealership way after he was supposed to leave. I had decided to trade in my car but due to the troubles I was having I had driven another car to work that day so I didn't have the car to hand over. Jimmy was willing to apply the trade in credit and let me bring the car in the next day. He ended up going above and beyond in the end by driving (with Omar Jasso) my new Mazda to my house 22 miles away at 9pm and picking up my old car and driving it back with them! To me this was incredible. It meant that I didn't have to inconvenience anyone else to drive over and swap cars. It was very gracious of them and just another way that they earned my trust. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I feel that I can trust taking my car in to get work done because they have integrity and value the customer like all car dealerships should. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and I know that anyone who purchases a car through them will be extremely satisfied. More

Fantastic experience buying a used car! I found the car I liked on the internet at Tustin Mazda. I went called and they made an appointment for me to come test drive the car. Why would I feel so strongly about recommending this dealership & its staff... from the moment we stepped on the lot you could feel the difference....no pressue sales & our advocate Jim Feinstein listened to exactly what I was looking for, what I needed & wished for, what I could afford and so much more and showed me a selection of vehicles that exactly fit what we discussed. No pressure sales, he didn't show me something that didn't fit what I was looking for, and let me really test out the vehicle I was interested in....Jim & the Mazda staff made sure we were comfortable while discussing the deal. Once again NO pressure & a very easy discussion...why? because they were patient listening to what I needed & answering my concerns; including discussing my options.....and the result?? If you are ever in the market for a new Mazda. I highly recommend Tustin Mazda at: 28 Auto Center Dr. Tustin, CA 92782 Once there, talk to Jim Feinstein! (just look for the sales rep that resembles Joe Pesci). Jim was fantastic!!! Now before I get into what made him so awesome let me share a brief background of why I came to this location in the first place. I was in a 2013 Mazda3, 3 year/15000 lease. My last payment is in July 2016. I was hoping that a dealer could buy me out of my current lease and get into a New 2016 Mazda3. Originally in my search, the first Dealer I visited was Mazda of Puente Hills (Please stay away from this location!) After about close to 2 hours at the Puente Hills Mazda the Sales Manager came up to me and said “We are not going to go through with the sale!” I was really frustrated and upset at the way the Sales Manager handled the entire sale. (I will save this for another review of Puente Hills Mazda) Now let’s fast forward to a week ago, Jan 30, 2016. I came to this dealer because of all the great reviews I heard about Jim Feinstein. First of all, the first thing I noticed when I came to this Dealer was that they serve lunch for their customers and they even have a popcorn with real butter!!! I was greeted by Jim and he quickly made me feel at home. My first impression was that this guy knows his stuff! Jim was definitely the superstar that day because everyone was calling him! I think he even gave directions over the phone to the nearest hospital! I explained to Jim my situation and right away he said he will do whatever it takes to help me get into a new car! Now what I also noticed is that Jim is a straight shooter and is very transparent! He explained to me that he does not add anything additional to any of the vehicles they sale. No door ding $5 stickers or $400 nitrogen filled tires! (cough…Puente Hills Mazda!) We took a look at the car and then quickly got down to business. Jim mentioned to me that Mazda offered a pull forward program where the dealer will offer customers up to $1000 to use towards a new car. I was thinking, why wasn’t I made aware at Mazda Puente Hills! Transparency! Is what Jim does best! He is so transparent that the invisible man even has a hard time finding him! I started to fill out the application and Jim and I started running some numbers! After close negotiations and discussions. Jim came up to me and for a minute I had a flashback of the Sales Manager at Puente Hills…my stomach was turning, the little voice in my head was saying “We are not going to go through with the sale.” I snapped out of it and saw a savior, a lighted angel who said “there was a mix up with the pull forward program but we will eat that cost!!!” “A deal is a deal…will you take it?” That is when I extended my hand and shook Mr. Jim’s hand! Not only did I get into a new 2016 Mazda3, but my current lease was terminated! And we lived happily ever after! Thank you Jim and all the reviews that pointed me to this great man! The End! More
