Another excellent experience at Tustin Mazda! I purchased by third Mazda from Jim Feinstein on 7/9/15 and as usual I received excellent customer service from him! Each time he has made the proces I purchased by third Mazda from Jim Feinstein on 7/9/15 and as usual I received excellent customer service from him! Each time he has made the process easy and has been very friendly, informative and gotten be great deals on my Mazdas. He takes the time to discuss all aspects of the sale, vehicle and financing as though you are his only customer. I'm loving my new Mazda3 and when I'm the market for my next car, I'll surely be returning to see Jim again at Tustin Mazda! More

Although they are not particularly fast getting me out of the door just tells me that they are doing the job to perfection, and not trying to rush me into getting the first thing that can be pushed onto me. They discussed at length what I required, and did not force anything on me. I came away feeling satisfied that I had the right vehicle, and driving it over the last few days confirmed that. Traded in a car for a new car I came here with my mom expecting to deal with bad customer service and a sales man who would try to push more on my mom and I, but Sammy was not that I came here with my mom expecting to deal with bad customer service and a sales man who would try to push more on my mom and I, but Sammy was not that sales man. Before even meeting Chance I had the opportunity to talk to him over the phone, and explained what I was looking for and my budget. As soon as I met Chance all of the car salesman stereotype were literally non-existent. The guy was so down to earth! He was extremely informative and professional. At no point I ever felt pressured into buying a car. When I got there he pointed me to the car's I had questioned over the phone and he was very patient as I tested him on the knowledge I had researched online, and kindly explained the differences in every model I was looking into.
