The Mazda Family at Patterson Tustin Mazda I moved to Orange County 8 years ago, and needed to find a dealership in the area to continue servicing my 5 year old Mazda Tribute. The dealership's service department was my introduction to Tustin Mazda, and in these last 8 years, I have been consistently pleased with their outstanding service; however, my 13 year old car was behind the times technologically and beginning to need more expensive repairs. One afternoon, my husband and I met Harvey Garte while looking at new Mazdas on the lot. He impressed us as a salesman we could trust. He was very friendly and very helpful, and most importantly, he did not pressure us, but asked if he could keep us updated. When we returned to buy a new car, we met Shaun McCray who was also a wonderful salesperson. I chose my car...a beautiful Mazda CX-5, and from that point on, our experience was very positive. Paperwork ran smoothly and in a timely way, Nothing left to do, but drive away! Harvey gave us a short tutorial, then set up the audio. The Tustin Mazda employees have been like family to us for 8 years now. It's that very personal and caring quality they give. I'm so happy with my new car, and I look forward to many years of quality service. More

There was no pressure from Harvey while I test drove both, and he answered all of the questions I had, giving valued facts and advice here and there. I left definitely leaning toward one of the models, and Harvey followed up with finding the exact car I wanted. His communication was great and I came in the following weekend to make my purchase.
