Great experience! I went to Tustin Mazda late on a Friday night to check out the inventory with my fiancee. Harvey asked if I had any questions and invited us inside. I I went to Tustin Mazda late on a Friday night to check out the inventory with my fiancee. Harvey asked if I had any questions and invited us inside. I said that I would like to come back in the morning to do so some serious shopping, and he said he would be happy to meet me then (no pressure to figure everything out right away). He let me test drive all of the cars I was interested in, and let me know the pros and cons for each without any pressure to buy. I was annoyed when signing the final paperwork that the people in warranty would not take no for an answer to the extended warranty options, but Harvey says that he has already talked to his boss about making this aspect of the process less high pressure in the future. Thanks for the sweet new Mazda 3 guys :-) More
