The salesman kept me informed of when the exact car I wanted arrived at the dealer. He was well informed about the features included in the car and gave me a brief tutorial. He was very patient and cordial during both times we met. I did not feel rushed at any point or pressured to make a decision. He helped us through the entire process until we literally drove off the lot. I feel I would be able to contact him even after the business deal was complete should I have any questions. I highly recommend Rossi and this dealer, they made car buying a fairly painless process. More

The most important thing we liked about them was there was no pressure. We didn't get a nagging follow up calls. We did not feel pressure to buy from them at all. They didn't have the color of car we wanted in stock. We were told they might be able to get it in in a couple of days. However, while we were at the dealership going through paperwork, they were able to get a Mazda for us and we were able to drive it home right then. The paperwork process was easy. Probably took us two hours to finish everything. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Harvey or Kevin. More
