Very helpful salesman, Sammy! I came here to look for a Mazda CX-5. I met with the the salesman, Saifur, who goes by "Sammy". He was very courteous and not pushy at all. After 8 Mazda Dealerships, Tustin Mazda Is The One! I've never written a review for a car dealership before. I didn't know you could, actually. I just returned home from purchasing a car from Jim and Ve I've never written a review for a car dealership before. I didn't know you could, actually. I just returned home from purchasing a car from Jim and Veronica at Tustin Mazda. I'm one of those people who researches a big purchase forever and ever and ever, and I do my homework on the Consumer Reports website. It's totally annoying to anyone who knows me. I knew I wanted a Mazda and went to 8 different Mazda dealerships all over Southern California (seriously!) All of them were anywhere from rude to indifferent towards me. I started to consider a Honda because even though I didn't care for the Accord, the dealers where at least nice to me and treated me with respect. Anyway, I got a recommendation to try Tustin Mazda and while I was wary, I thought I would try just one more Mazda dealer. If they weren't cool, I was just going to go to Honda.You guys, I feel so lucky to have come across Jim Feinstein and his team at Tustin Mazda. I live 50 miles away from this dealership and he made purchasing the car not only easy, but totally enjoyable and not at all scary. And he gave me the fairest price on my car that I could ask for. I was able to do a lot of the transaction over the phone and email so when I arrived to purchase the car, I was in and out very quickly. Veronica walked me through everything I needed to know about the car before I drove away. I was so impressed with her and with Jim that I'll even be coming back to get my car serviced at Tustin Mazda when it needs its first oil change. I was so happy by the end of the afternoon and before I drove away, I had to give Veronica a hug before I left. That's the kind of treatment I got from her and from Jim. I had the pleasure of working with Craig Martin and Big Mike this weekend at Tustin Mazda. I can't say enough about how these two went above and beyond my expectations. I wasn't planning on dealing with my end of lease this weekend. So, to have such an incredibly easy transaction of turning in my Mazda lease and getting my new Mazda made me very happy. The customer service that Craig provided to me was top notch. I believe that customer service is what sets a company above the competition. Tustin Mazda is definitely top notch. I had my 10 year old with me and they even provided her with great customer service. They made sure that she was happy and content while we did our paperwork. Providing her snacks and drinks. It was just a great experience. Craig was so accommodating and covered all of my questions. Words cannot begin to express the amazing experience I had at the Tustin Mazda dealer. Craig Martin exemplified the most amazing customer service that I have ever experienced. I had originally came in just to inquire about leasing a car. I was nervous because I had the worst experience at the Chevrolet Dealer in Irvine. They had the worst customer service and did not cater to my needs, but to theirs. Craig was all about getting me into a vehicle that met all of my needs. He went above and beyond in helping me out and making sure that I was not stressed in selecting my next car. I had planned to wait till the lease on the car I was currently driving had ended, but Craig just blew me away with his service that I had decided to go with Mazda. They took my car off my hands and was able to find the car I wanted, however, only one has existed. He made sure to get it for me and have it delivered the next day. Not only was Craig superb in his customer service, but the entire staff was as well. This was my first time getting a car all on my own without my parents, but Craig and his Manager made sure to explain step-by-step the breakdown on the price and do whatever it took to get me a great deal. Even Matt from financial was such a swell guy who did not pressure sale me any warranties. He fully explained all of the offers and even gave me some great deals. All in all I left the dealer extremely happy with an incredible car. I leased the 2014 Mazda 3 and it is by far the best drive ever. It is so smooth and I am excited every day to drive it. I have had an Infiniti, Mercedes, BMW, Chevy Camaro, and now Mazda. For the price and the service, Mazda is the best of all and I can now confidently say that I will stick with Mazda. I am already looking forward to purchasing my car after my lease is up. And as great as Mazda is, it is the dealer that makes the experience great. Earlier in the week I went to Tuttle Click Mazda and the experience was like what you get at Best Buy. Everyone employed there were inexperienced kids and I did not feel valued. I felt like a number or the next commission check, but at Tustin Mazda they truly treat you like family. I would recommend Tustin Mazda to all of my friends, and family! More

I bought my first Mazda (over the Internet w/ Jim Feinstein) in April 2012, and purchased my second Mazda from him last week. Jim is by far the most honest, friendly, and easiest person to work with; you'll want to do business with him. What I appreciate most: + He's straightforward. Tells you how it is. No fluff or bull; straight to the point. + He wants to see you in a Mazda, and will do everything possible to land you in your dream car. For my first Mazda, I knew (almost exactly, besides color) what I wanted; he worked hard to give me the best possible deal. For my second Mazda, my original dream car (3 i Grand Touring) wasn't in my budget, but we worked together to get in me the Mazda that would make me happy (now the proud owner of a luscious 3 i Touring.) It turns out: the Touring was a better fit for me anyway. I get cold easily, so I don't need leather seats (the cloth isn't like typical, nasty fluffy cloth... it's sleek. And not "cloth" persay.) I hate wind in my face, so I don't need a sunroof. And the auto dimming mirror and auto lights were nice, but not necessities. I am proud to say that after sitting in and test driving my 3 i Touring... I was able to drive it home off the lot that night! + The dealership appreciates your business. There's a friendly, happy, cheery vibe all around... the people who work there come across like a family. It's evident they like what they do, and value your business. Outside of the purchase process, the dealership is still great. I've gotten our first Mazda serviced there several times and 1) they take appointments (fairly early) 2) they'll ring you so you don't need to hang around the dealership 3) they do a thorough inspection of your car. If you're in the market for a Mazda -- or even if you're not -- I highly recommend you check these folks out. It's worth noting that when I was buying the second car, I was also considering either a Corolla or Civic, but between the car and the phenomenal experience, I knew Tustin Mazda was the way to go. I've researched vehicles for about a year, so I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived at the dealership. Sammy was informative, warm and genuine in his dealings with me. I'm re-building my credit, and will be back when it's where it needs to be. Shaun knows his stuff, and had a "No BS" type attitude- he's not going to over-promise and under deliver. He wants to make sure you're getting the best deal possible and that all your expectations have not only been met, but been exceeded. OC Mazda doesn't want to sell you a car you like, they want to sell you a car you LOVE. All of John Patterson's dealerships are a real class act. If you're looking for a Mazda or Hyundai, or just a great car buying experience, you come here. You get treated better than if you were buying a 7 series at a BMW dealership. I've sent others to buy cars from Shaun since my visit a month ago, I can't wait to actually get to join the club officially myself! More
