The entire team provided outstanding service to me from start to finish. When my Mazda6 was ready for delivery, Joe Rosales volunteered to drive the 30 minutes or so to my house to pick my daughter and I u start to finish. I went in to buy a Mazdaspeed 3 and when I first arrived at the lot no sales people were available. I went in to the front desk and asked for a sales person and Brandon came up front for me. My only dissapointment with the deal was that there wasn't a lot of room to budge on the car however it is limited production and I feel like the price was more than fair for the amenities I got. The best part about Tustin Mazda is the benefits that come with it. They have a FREE BBQ every saturday, I definetely plan to take advantage of that. Everyone I dealt with was increadibly nice and helpful and I would definetely go back there again. More

To be perfectly honest, the intention behind my visit was to "look" at the possibility of purchasing a lightly used newer vehicle. He gave us the run down on new versus used as far as cost was concerned. And, the information that he gave us, made sense. We could pay a little less for a used vehicle OR spend a little more and get a new vehicle. I have had my eye set on the Mazda 3 for over a year. Joe walked us over to the New Mazda 3's and I fell in love with the car he showed us. We took it for a test drive and I just loved the feeling behind it, it was just a smooth vehicle. It kind of felt like we were all just floating around the streets of Tustin. Joe was the absolute BEST! He has the best sense of humor and he made us feel like family or like we have been friends for ages! He was quick witted and we really enjoyed that about him. Our sense of humor was quite similar and that alone allowed him to "reel" us in. He knew what he was talking about and we felt that we were in the best of hands. I feel that he definiately went above and beyond, definitely high above average. Most sales people just care about selling vehicles to the buyers, but Joe took the time out to get to know us and what our lives were about. He seemed to genuinely care about everything that we had to say. He definately made us feel as if we were "home". Totally relaxed environment, chatting it up with an old friend. I have been "eyeballing" the Mazda vehicles on the road and online. I went to the dealer to get my very own hands on look of the Mazda 3 inside and out. I did not feel the pressure or pushiness that most dealers put on their potential customers. Joe quickly made me feel like my needs and expectations were his top priority. From walking into the dealer and driving off in a new vehicle, the experience was extremely easy, relaxing and this is all because of Joe. I am very happy with Tustin Mazda. Sammy (our sales rep) was a complete sweetheart (I can say that because I am a woman...lol!) and the manager was awesome as well because he went the extra mile with callin was a complete sweetheart (I can say that because I am a woman...lol!) and the manager was awesome as well because he went the extra mile with calling his wife to see if I could test drive her Mazda that was a stick as I was making my final decision between a stick and an automatic (they didn't have a stick onsite for the particular model I was looking at)--I ending up getting the automatic but I really appreciated that extra effort. I highly recommend this dealership. I was at another dealership earlier that day with my boyfriend and the sales rep there and manager kept speaking directly to my boyfriend as if he was the one going to make the purchase even though I was there a few days prior on my own already establishing a relationship with the sales rep. I found it a bit insulting. But at Tustin Mazda, they spoke to us equally. The other dealership was a Lexus dealership--shame on them because I probably would've ended up with a Lexus had they treated me better. However, I am pleased with the whole transaction and this car is going to save me money in the long run on many levels so I can't complain about that either! :o) More

I contacted this dealer via email at 7 am and received a phone call within 15 minutes. Jim contacted me and he was very professional and helpful. But after viewing the vehicle at that dealership, I changed my mind and asked for pricing on another vehicle. That was when Brandon contacted me and gave me the exact deal that I wanted. While this was ongoing, I had contacted several other Mazda dealers who were not as prompt to answer my emails (some took days), or they did not give me as good a deal. I went to the dealership to view the vehicle at Tustin Mazda and Jim and Brandon both helped me. They were patient in the process, and never pushy or wanting to change their offer (other dealerships were). In the end I purchased from these two guys and it was a very nice process (even offered me lunch!). These two guys are a great team and I have a whole new outlook on car buying. It does not have to be the hassle that it often is. Anyone looking to buy a Mazda should go see these two or contact them via the internet. You won't be disappointed. More
