My experience with Tustin Mazda was excellent. I was dreading buying a car from a dealership and noticed early on that a lot of them were purposely vague with me when I asked for an out the door p I was dreading buying a car from a dealership and noticed early on that a lot of them were purposely vague with me when I asked for an out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in. I emailed Tustin Mazda and Chance immediately got back to me with a PDF of the price breakdown. He responded quickly to any emails I sent him. He even responded to my emails on his days off to say that he would give me a more thorough response once he was back in the office. Once the vehicle I was interested in was delivered to the dealership, Chance let me know and I was able to pick up the vehicle right away. When I went to the dealership, Chance continued to be helpful and took the time to show me a lot of the car's features. He made sure to answer any questions I had and told me he would continue to be available even after I purchased the car. I am genuinely happy I went with Tustin Mazda and appreciate all of Chance's help! Everything was straightforward, quick, and clear, making it a pleasant experience. More
