I had been searching for a car all month long and once I narrowed it down to a Mazda3, I began visiting different Mazda dealerships. Long story short, none of them were as good as Tustin Mazda. Victor was the first one to help us when we stepped on the lot and he saw us through to the very end. He helped me not only get the car I wanted, but also the price I asked for. I had been dreading the whole process of buying a car, but Victor and Tustin Mazda made things as smooth as possible. I was dreading buying a car from a dealership and noticed early on that a lot of them were purposely vague with me when I asked for an out the door p I was dreading buying a car from a dealership and noticed early on that a lot of them were purposely vague with me when I asked for an out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in. I emailed Tustin Mazda and Chance immediately got back to me with a PDF of the price breakdown. He responded quickly to any emails I sent him. He even responded to my emails on his days off to say that he would give me a more thorough response once he was back in the office. Once the vehicle I was interested in was delivered to the dealership, Chance let me know and I was able to pick up the vehicle right away. When I went to the dealership, Chance continued to be helpful and took the time to show me a lot of the car's features. He made sure to answer any questions I had and told me he would continue to be available even after I purchased the car. I am genuinely happy I went with Tustin Mazda and appreciate all of Chance's help! Everything was straightforward, quick, and clear, making it a pleasant experience. More
