I don’t know if I’ve ever been to a dealership where everyone was so friendly. It’s like a family. I was even greeted by the owner of the dealership, which is not very common. There was no high press everyone was so friendly. It’s like a family. I was even greeted by the owner of the dealership, which is not very common. There was no high pressure sale, which I really prepared for. I was looking for a car for a Christmas gift for my son. For a sales man I believe first impressions are extremely important and my first encounter with Victor was so easy going and welcoming this got me hooked in wanting to buy my car from Tustin Mazda. Coming from a different store, who were doing shady deals, I left that store feeling pretty worked up, but the moment I came to Tustin, Victor was able to turn that around instantly and I had no reason to not be interested in purchasing from Tustin when they were being honest and really seemed to care for what the customer was hoping for. The process didn't take long and I was in and out within 2 hours.
