No product knowledge with lack of service I have two ford products that I bought there and the service and knowledge of the vehicles are not that of a Lexus dealership as a comparison. The most recent I tried to make an appointment online when that didn’t work I called to find no one answered and it took me approximately 15 miinutes to make appointment. I came in with no one waiting for me. I spoke to someone about my hatch back problem and he said it would cost $140 to find out what it was without even going out to the car to clearly understand the problem. Left with the car to be ready in a few hours. I called in 6 hours and spoke to Ssrvice writer and she said the car wasn’t ready and I said I made an appointment and she said the appointment was when I was to bring the car in not when we are to start. I lost it with her and also for having lack of knowledge. Ps my problem was not resolved. Also this visit was typical of my past ones More

Waited for 5 hours as my car sat in the service driveway My wife's 2013 explorer is having problems with the GPS module. I set up an appointment for 7 AM. I arrived at 7 AM and after several people cut in fr My wife's 2013 explorer is having problems with the GPS module. I set up an appointment for 7 AM. I arrived at 7 AM and after several people cut in front of me in line I spoke to Craig about the problem after about a 25 minute wait. He said he would have a tech diagnose the problem and then tell me if it was just a software issue or it needed a new GPS module. I sat in the waiting room until 11 AM when I received an email from Ford saying that I had missed my appointment! I went to talk to Craig and he said he would go see where the car was. 30 minutes later he came back and said the tech was trying to reconfigure the system software and if this did not work he would order a new hardware module which would take two days to arrive but only an hour to install. He said the car would be ready in 20 minutes. About 5 minutes later my car was in the service driveway. Craig was nowhere to be found. I waited until Noon and then went to the cashier to see if I could pay and leave. She went to look for Craig without success. I finally spoke to the service director who handed me my keys and said that nothing had been done to the car while I sat there for 5 hours. He did take my service record and quickly tore it up to destroy any evidence of my visit. I would not go to this dealer as they employ people that lie to your face More
Horrible If I could give negative stars I would. I was promised I wouldn't be charged for my rental since they only got a portion of the order of parts.... the If I could give negative stars I would. I paid them 1400$ to have my car fixed..... AND THEY CHARGED ME $172 EXTRA FOR THE RENTAL!!!!! After contacting my credit card company to fight the charge, Tuttle Click said "I had a rental for 4 days".... yeah, no s**t idiots. John Aird , Service Manager, Promised me a rental, when apart wasn't received, then promised me the extra days due to the parts being defective upon arrival.... AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR THE RENTAL !!!! Shame on me for not getting this all in writing. But I trusted them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This makes me sick knowing they won't stand their ground. My family has only driven Ford for as long as I can remember, and I have never had to deal with something like this. We will never come here again. More
Easiest, fastest and most enjoyable car experience ever! Tim took as much time as I wanted during my test drive. He did not pressure me.
