Not customer friendly I arrived inside at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment and was told that they were not open yet. I then waited until 15 minutes after my I arrived inside at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment and was told that they were not open yet. I then waited until 15 minutes after my appointment before I was checked in. The service writer told me the recall repair would take about 2 hours. By my calculation that meant 9:30-10:00 give or take. I told the service writer that I needed the car by 11:00 no fail as I had to get to the airport by noon. I was told that it shouldn’t be a problem. At 10:30 I was called and told that the car would not be ready until 1:00. Too late. Had to call UBER. FAIL! More

Back up camera issue I brought my MKX in for an issue with the back up camera. He worked with us throughout to get the issue fixed and have the car back to us as quickly as possible. We requested that the car be picked up, which it was and Dan had it back to us in the same day.
