I recently purchased a new Tucson from them The saleman, Austin, was great to work with. Apparently though they are ignoring the new TN advertising rule change that came out in 2022. The are supposed to be totally transparent on the price of an advertised vehicle including dealer add-ons and dealer doc fees. They are not. Besides the MSRP sticker on the vehicle I was interested in there was a dealer add-on sticker for nitrogen filled tires, some type of coating, and a pin strip. No where on their advertised internet price is this listed, or the dealer doc fee. Way down on the internet page is "All listed prices are plus taxes, fees, and dealer installed options." but no prices listed as required by the new law. I refused to pay for the dealer add-ons, and they did not charge me for them. I gave them 3 stars for not adhereing to the new law, and I also caught them trying to charge me an extra $200. on the final total. They said it was a software glitch. LOL I did purchase the car from them but watch out for those dealer add-ons and the softwars glitches. Terrible service department. Two week wait to have door handle replaced. Called day before appointment and part was not even ordered. Do not use their Service Department. 2015 Veloster went limp, had it towed to Twin City Hyundai. They told me I needed to replace the clutch actuator for $1300. Then after 12 days, calli 2015 Veloster went limp, had it towed to Twin City Hyundai. They told me I needed to replace the clutch actuator for $1300. Then after 12 days, calling almost everyday and going over there expecting it to be ready, they tell me I need a new transmission. They said it will be an additional $5000 but still couldn’t guarantee that it would fix the problem. Towed it to another garage, getting it fixed for half the price including tax and should be done in a couple of days. Bottom line is that they don’t know what they’re doing, have terrible communication skills, exorbitant prices and you can’t trust them. More

I also have had my vehicles serviced there and their service department is top notch. Glen Burton was my service advisor and he listens and takes care of any issue that you might have. If you are looking for great sales and service departments, look no further. I highly recommend them because they take care of their customers AND their vehicles. I bought a Sonata in 2014 and upgraded three years later to an Azera. They discontinued making it but it is the best sedan I have owned….period. I purchased the very first Palisade that Twin City got whenever they rolled it off of the truck when the Palisade was introduced in July of 2019. Another GREAT vehicle that is luxurious and comfortable in town or on the road. You can’t go wrong with Twin City and I recommend them because they take care of their customers and their vehicles!
