Great EXCEPT for the paperwork I did a stupid thing and signed BLANK forms. When I was given the package with all the paperwork, I discovered I had signed up for all the most expen I did a stupid thing and signed BLANK forms. When I was given the package with all the paperwork, I discovered I had signed up for all the most expensive options on the Mechanical Failure Service Contract. In addition, the Road Hazard Tire And Wheel Coverage was handled the same way. While I probably would have chosen the same items, I should have had the option to make the decision. That is why I would probably recommend to a friend that although I got a good deal on the car, I would warn him to not make the same mistake I made. Barry Reisinger More

Finance Department Nightmare If I could give this dealership a (-5 )star rating I would. We recently purchased a car from Twin City. Please keep in mind, this is our 3rd purchase from this dealership. We realized that the spelling of my name was wrong on all of the paperwork. Registration, Loan etc. For months, we have been going between the dealership and BB&T, trying to get the issued resolved. Every time, the dealership.....either the GM, Sales Manager or Finance Manager assured me that the problem was being resolved. To rest assured, I had their promise they are working to correct the issue. That they will follow up and call me right back....NEVER to hear from them again. Months and months of trying to resolve the issue, it is unbelievable that I am no farther along in rectifying this problem than I was on day 1. I will eventually get everything resolved (NO thanks to Twin City), and will never purchase another car from them again. All I can recommend for Twin City is to seriously try to improve your customer service. You need to do much better in order to keep your repeat customers. There are many Hyundai dealerships in the area. This is sadly the most unprofessional organization that I have dealt with. More

We chose to pay cash, so we did not have to go through the financing part of the process. There were two additional accessories that we wanted, which were added to the car while we were there, so we were completely satisfied with the car, the salesperson and the dealership. More
