MY 2nd RAV4 I bought a RAV4 in 1998 from Don Hurtgen at Twin City Toyota when they were located in the Gannon Shopping Center in Festus. We drove that SUV for 16 years and sold it with over 200,000 miles on it to a young family who is still driving it today. 22 year later I bought I another RAV4 from the same salesman, Don Hurtgen in Herculaneum. The buying process was as simple as possible with Charles Wagstaff providing an easy to understand explanation of extra's and financing. Service Manager Brett Dickey made sure the '98 was in tip-top mechanical condition for many years and I look forward to him servicing the 2020. The new RAV4 fit my pocketbook and my transportation needs. It is fun to drive, and it sure has changed since I began driving a RAV 22 years ago. More

Satisfied customer Last week my son and I went to Twin City Toyota to look at a small car he had found on your web site, shortly after looking at the car he had picked o Last week my son and I went to Twin City Toyota to look at a small car he had found on your web site, shortly after looking at the car he had picked out we were greeted by a member of friendly sales staff ready to answer any questions we may have. I asked the sales rep if a certain sales rep I was used to working with was there and he curiously replied no that he was off and would be back in a few days. I said thank you and that I would be in touch, after thinking about it for a few minutes I decided to call the cell phone number provided to me by my salesman during my last purchase. Sure enough he answered and was at home, I asked hey do you wanna sell a car today?? He said i'll be there in 30 minutes! On his day off he came in to get us in that car and stayed through the end of the deal. The finance department worked seamlessly with the bank and us to get paperwork done and we were out the door.
