We first visited Twin City last fall to inquire about the new Crown which replaced the Avalon starting in 2023. Ms. Scheffler, Sales Consultant, took time to review the features of the Crown with us even though Twin City had none to sell at the time. She took our information and called us when the Crown’s finally arrived. She went out of her way to keep in touch with us over several months until we finally decided to purchase a Crown in February of 2024. The contact was very low key, no pressure. When we finally decided to buy, she thoroughly reviewed the cars features both before the sale and after the sale was finalized. Mr. Echols, Business Manager, was able to get us financing that was better than our Banks. There was no high pressure selling, simply good customer service. More

Bought a used 2014 Chevy Malibu in October 2022. I let them talk me into buying a couple of days early since it was the end of the month. I let them talk me into a bigger down payment. Within a few days the auxiliary battery had to be replaced. Then a check light came on and had a sensor replaced…twice! The light stayed on. Have had the car in to 3 mechanics that cannot find the reason. I called Twin City Toyota service and was immediately told to take it to a Chevy dealer. I left messages for the salesman but never heard back. The car has been driven less than 2000 miles since I bought it. I wonder if they knew it was a problem vehicle and that’s why there was no support after the purchase. I’m stuck with a carpament for 3 more years and an unreliable car. I urge you to take any used car to your mechanic before purchasing from this dealership. I had previously bought 2 NEW vehicles with no problem. More
