It wasn't until the next few days after I purchased the used vehicle that I became aware that I was sold a vehicle without an oil dipstick. I called 3 times simply trying to find out if their service dept. had it lying around. Never received a call back despite being told that I would. I never once asked them to fix the problem, only to see if they still had it. I was also told I would get a call just to check in and see how I was liking my purchase. That never happened either. Terrible customer service. Won't be going back. More
