I bought a 2024 Camry on 11/4/2025. The car looked nice with only about 23,000 miles. Extended warranty was added on for only about $35 a month, and that was with the friends and family price. I should have said xxxx no! It was not disclosed that it was only for 120,000 miles, and 96 months. Of course I was not worried, it still had about a year left on bumper to bumper manufactures warranty. And much more left on power train. Fast forward the car is in a very minor, 10 mph accident. I drove it to the body shop, and was shocked at much undisclosed prior damage. That had not been fixed properly. The estimate went from $5000 to over $8000. And of course the sales manager is unavailable, and does not return calls or emails. Yes they provided car fax, and Experian auto check which showed no wrecks. They knew their was much other damage! Scammers! The finance manager twice mentioned that "wrecks don't show on the reports it did not happen! They also have disclaimers many! Part of there almost 50 pages of contracts, and over 28 required signatures. And that does not include the 20 that are done on the computer. Which the entire time the sales manager is doing his best to distract you. The 5 worst disclaimers, 1. Vehicle History disclaimers. They are not responsible for omissions from third party reports, like Carfax, or Experian. And furthermore don't believe anyone that works at Twins if they tell you the car has not been in an accident. 2. Air Bag disclaimer. They do not warrant the condition of the air bags. They may not work, or even be present. 3. Aut6o Accident Affidavit. They have disclosed that it had been in a prior wreck. And they make no representation to the quality of condition of the vehicle. 4. Disclaimer for open recalls. There is no federal law requiring disclosure of open recalls, so we don't. Suggestions, Go elsewhere, record all conversations, have the car inspected. More
